Not a huge O fan but if anybody is the head coach they are going to have some say so In all operations of the team. If not then he shouldn’t be the head coach. I’m glad ensminger got hired also. The head coach should have the ultimate say so in who the assistant coach’s are

I don't believe one person has disputed the fact that a HC has the authority to modify any aspect of the program that he so desires.
However, not every coach has the qualifications to modify gameplans, the wisdom to be aware of his limitations, or the humility to not give in to pride. Orgeron's actions would indicate that he lacks all of those qualities.
Part of being a good head coach is knowing what you don't know and allowing the guys that do know to do their jobs.
Serious question, is there anything about offense that you believe Orgeron knows better than Canada?

Who said this? I know of no one who knows anything about it. I know freeze was and the news just reported it but not sure who reported Canada. No one here in Alabama has reported it.
