What I like about Freeman is he seems to willing to go unconventional to stop unconventional offenses.

Two others that would be high on my list:
Shoop
Zach Arnett

Freeman is enticing but also I could see an extremely combustible situation if it goes bad, and likely end of the line for Orgeron

Be honest. Do you think that Orgeron thinks he knows more about defense then a 34yr old?

Dude couldn’t respect Aranda, a career coach who at least had skins.

So the first hiccup, how does he react?

Just my opinion, but maybe it Would be beneficial to name Corey Raymond as a co-dc if Freeman is your guy. The same way Brady had Ensminger to lean on, or take heat off of (which never happened past year, anyway)

It's do or die anyway this time. If his hires don't deliver the goods they will all be sent packing.

What if they have been talking to this guy for months and recruited to fit his scheme with the safeties we signed.

You don’t remember the last time LSU had co-DC’s?

Freeman wouldn't come for co dc

He is going to have the pick of the litter

I get the feeling you dont like freeman
You wouldn't even give him much credit for cincy

Freeman needs to be the guy

How much credit for the Cincy defense goes to Freeman vs Fickle?

Also, like with Mason, is Orgeron willing to revert back to the 3-4 after one season?

I kind of think so too, but no way to be sure.

Freeman is definitely a boom or bust. He either comes in and is awesome or hes exposed for being a yes man to Fickell and Orgeron gets fired.

No way a hot, bonafide DC is walking into a co-DC position. The Coach E situation was a rare one.

Not at all. Stingley and the rest of the DBs are soft when it comes to press.
