Or Johnny Jones. You keep a guy for whom it is a "dream job" for recruiting purposes. Guy has a very thin resume, but some fans buy in whole heartedly.

Steele was the candidate Alleva forced upon Miles due to the "Miles clause" among other terms. Seems fitting to describe this hire as a "Kevin Steele hire."
