LSU has the 12th worst offense in the SEC.

Better get rid of Crowton since you can't go lower than 12th.

I know most coaches bail to start their programs, but you almost have to coach if a ring is on the line.

You'd figure he would stay on to coach the bowl game, but who knows.

I'm still waiting to see if any other news sources out of Nashville or Auburn can corroborate the story.

I can't for the life of me imagine a scenario where he does not coach the MNC. That would be so fricked up

$3 Million and Vandy says come hither. But, isn't there a dead period for recruiting around the first of the year?
The game is a month a way. That's a lot of work he could be doing at Vandy or a lot of distraction if he is putting a game plan together for Auburn trying to run a Vandy program at the same time. A conundrum for sure.

He recruits and coaches just like Pelini did in 2007.

And those 10 LSU losses make things even worst.

Malzahn is not Pelini and Vanderbilt is not Nebraska. So, not necessarily.
