1 and done and then we do this all over next year. So players such as QB's who want to learn under an OC, will only have him 1 or 2 years.

Really? We just had one of the most fricked up coaching searches in our history.
From what I have seen in our three basketball hires and our recent football hire, there isn't much Alleva cant frick up.
