So this is the current situation? Texas is tired of losing, Sabans tired of being underappreciated, Nick wants more money, and an easier path to the title game

Ego: Like the Bama job, Saban lets Texas know hes interested. Like the Bama job, its ego. I can unseat a coach for a job I want

Problem: Getting rid of the current coach

Facts: Mack supporters are dropping like flies. AD set to retire. College prez has an employment hearing on Thurs. Texas finishes the year unranked, losing fan support

Money: Saban has bad investments. He does want more money

Problem: He just lost the Iron Bowl in spectacular fashion. Leverage is just not there, unless he threatens to leave. But Texas wont remove their coach, without a signed agreement beforehand from Nick. Bamas new offer is not enough to make him confess his desire to leave

So in order to get the cash he wants, he really does have to agree to terms with Texas, before he lets Bama get the opportunity to match

Miles to Texas is the worst combatant to Saban to Texas that I have ever seen

Saban has, numerous times. Every time it is quoted, linked, and sourced... y'all just say it doesn't matter because he's a liar.

Are you fricking serious with that question?

Show me a quote since Texas lost to Baylor? Just one.

Yes.

Did you know that he turned down his dream job at least once, possibly twice? Miles is staying at LSU.

Saban though...

Very neat neighborhood. I have a relative that lives there and last time I was there I've seen Coach Williams and his wife who also live in that neighborhood walking on a couple of different mornings this season. There are a couple of other assistant football coaches that live there as well.

I didn't realize one of Saban's kids lived there but if true then that is only about a mile or so from Crowne Ridge where the Terri and Nick live.

It's a really cool 'hood. Several coaches/athletic dept folks live there.

Saban has commented many times along with Terry. Sexton does not comment publicly that I am aware of. Most of my bama friends are ok with whatever happens

For showing how silly the "evidence" Saban
to UT is?

What a homer you are.

Yeah, right. I'm the homer? The OP is filled with credible sources and flight tracker info and there is no evidence? Pics of the meeting where the Bama AD is pumping Mack for intelligence. And a blurry photo of Saban eating at an Austin restaurant just minutes from the new house he purchased...for his music rockstar son.

The CC Board of detectives web together one of the biggest backdoor hirings of the century and you scoff at it like there is no proof. You sir, are not a scholar or a gentleman.
