I hate reading people say Saban got Mack fired. Mack got Mack fired. He should've taken the AD position when they offered it to him, he knew he wasn't going to make it even close to royal's record wins with that wet blanket QB. He was chasing something that was unrealistic and passed up on the opportunity to save his career at Texas. Texas asked for Saban, Saban didn't ask for Texas.. just saying. /rant

I linked this flight, Flexjets flight LXJ612, earlier. It's scheduled to depart Kissimmee at 9:40PM EST for Tuscaloosa. I assume this coincides with the Awards show tonight. I have no idea who will be on it.

See, I see someone like Mark Richt as Mack Brown Lite. He's done just enough to keep the boosters happy, runs a clean program, and is a good representative of the university. I think CMR is a great guy, but I want someone who's going to step on an opponent's throat and put them away on the field. Richt has a reputation for letting his foot off the gas and praying for someone mid-arse-whooping. Can't deal with that.
