The only problem is his lack of coaching experience. If he hangs in a few more years and becomes an O Line coach somewhere, then he could get the job here. If he would be willing to be an analyst here, he could prove himself and slide in when we have an opening.
But it’s too early to take a chance on him now. We need a home run this time.
