LSU needs to go after a top of the line Dline coach

Lsu's slip at D Line over the past few years has been the biggest red flag issue. Remember when they were dline U?

They do need someone that can recruit dline better.

Coach O is overwhelmed as a HC. This is going the same way as Ole Miss, with better talent and supporting staff. But he will eventually meddle too much with the rest of the program, lose his good traits and overpower the rest of the team with his bad traits. He’ll stress out and everyone will suffer from the constant meddling, blaming, and negative emotion. He’ll eventually be fired

Then what exactly is Orgeron doing?

He's not coaching the DL. He's not involved at all in the defensive game plan. He's not involved in the offensive game planning or play calling. Hell, apparently he has no authority to tell the OC when take on some risk and try to put the game away (see end of regulation and 4th OT vs. A&M).

If you look on the other sidelines the HC is at least involved in some aspect of the game. LSU's appears to be just listening to the radio and following along with every other fan in the stadium.
