Post a link or name your sauces baw. Otherwise you're just talking sh*t. It's well known that Robinson prefers to jump to the NFL, and if he does that his slot would most likely be offered to Wilson.

LSU is gonna be competing for it all again next fall.

They're not going anywhere.

That's all I got.

2 things

Wilson from a HC to a RB Coach is a huge demotion & would take a good bit of humility

In your scenario, LSU is out a recruiting coordinator if Robinson leaves.

A RB coach + recruiting coordinator title for Wilson could be more appealing

RB coach to Head Coach to RB coach isn't a huge demotion.

Not like he was a successful coordinator before someone hired him solely on his ability to recruit.

Does Mickey and Frank get along?
Could they both recruit New Orleans?

No one is hiring Frank Wilson as a coordinator.
He can get position coach and recruiting coordinator.
He was never getting another head job or oc position, so I don't get your point

He suffered a really bad injury playing Basketball and he’ll be temporarily in a wheelchair. He’s still recruiting but he’ll be D Line Coach when he can walk.

He’s been on the sidelines walking.

Damn right. The sooner the rest of the sec accepts this, the happier you’ll all be in other phases of your lives. Don’t let the bitterness consume you

Then does he retire? He didn’t succeed as a head coach and his offenses were typically subpar. Who the frick is going to hand him an OC job on the heels of that when he has never been one?

This isn’t a question of humility. It’s a question of whether he wants to work or not. If he does, then it’s going to be as a position coach anywhere above the Sunbelt, MAC or FCS. “Humility” aside, this is REALITY.

Bigger demotion than going from HC to unemployed? Seems like RB Coach would actually be a huge promotion from his current status. I’m sure he’ll wind up RC too, but it will be because he’s the best person for that job, not to assuage his feelings and ego. fricking horrible take by you here.

Frank will be "associate head coach" or some other FSU-esque ceremonial title

I know about his injuries. I was just curious if he was going to get Wally pipped by another coach
