Shea and about 4 other 4 - 5 stars that all want to play together. Read an article in either Times or Advocate about 2 weeks ago. USC is calling, texting and sending letters almost daily. Like AL, they are getting relentless. Leaves kids with the impression that when LSU does not contact in a week + that we do not want them as much.

Dude... This is retarded.
We have 16 commits right now... But we will have 20+ when its all said and done. It's not about who has the most commits right now now or some shite like that. It's about who you sign on NSD.
This recruiting class does not need saving. With just 1 committment at the All American games, our class rating jumped to a .9007, one of the best in the nation. Also have 3players that are 5* committed to us right now, which is the 3rd most in the country.
And still just have 16 commits right now, which is the least out of all teams in the top 15 in the country. Meaning we have the room to take 5+ players. Other teams dont. And we have a great chance of making a big leap because of that.
This entire thread is pointless considering NSD in still a few weeks away.

Ok, You have convinced me we are all good on recruiting...We have been top 5 the last ten years in recruiting,,,We have NFL talent. We have the winningest coach in LSU history..
And don't give me that rebuilding shite..Not with those classes, that's reloading..
Why are we 4th, 5th and 5th again in the last three years in the SEC west?

Yes, we have been reloading but all the talent in the world cannot replace experience. You can recruit talent but you can't recruit experience. Only time allows for that experience to take place. That's something you fail to grasp.

I don't know it all nor do I feel all is well with the current status of the program but that doesn't mean I should ignore what the team has lost to the draft over past 3 years. Those losses are tough for any program to overcome.

He's getting paid to sit at home and wants to be in LA. I'm sure that year of Kiffin/Orgeron isn't making your vision cloudy at all. But when Ed was there you guys were going fricking idiotic with expectations. I'm sure VN still has some threads from that year. You guys loved him when he was there and only feel the way you do now because they jilted you and ruined your class.
And for the record, Ed has never been proven to violate any rules. Kiffin and the other coach were the only ones punished for the Lache Seastrunk violations. Ed has skated everywhere he's been. He may be the mastermind(kind of coincidental that every stop he's made had violations occurring) but he's a smart one that never gets touched. He's untouchable by the NCAA it seems.
