LSU "confident" it can retain Aranda

About as confident as we're getting Fisher or Herman? Absolutely zero faith in this organization. I think it's highly likely Aranda follows Herman to Texas.

Holy frick they don't even have him secured already? This program is frickED.

I wouldn't blame him, if he left.

Secured how? with duck tape and hand cuffs. You can't secure him if he wants to go coach with his buddy.

I hope he does go to Texas so this entire fiasco can blow up in their faces. Maybe then LSU will clean house and get a good coach.

It's fricking unbelievable

He stays guys. If he wants to move up fast, Texas' rebuild is a detour from that. He starts getting HC offers here after next season, and P5 feels the next. He's just adding to the timeline by leaving. He's a smart guy. He knows it.

this is a perfect example of why people call LSU fans idiots.
you sir, are an idiot. and if you don't like LSU and want them to fail, GTFO! we real fans will not miss you.

Texas isn't a rebuild. They have talent in place.

Oh Lsu is confident? I'll sleep better tonight

Young. Still very thin, at least in terms of overall talent. Absolute 0 confidence. They are at rock bottom, the same as LSU in 1999. It took Saban over half the season to just fix that here.

"Fans" like you need to just get fricked by something really sharp.

If we don't nail down Aranda the losing seasons start next year.
Remember, this only works if O has elite coordinators.

How am I an idiot? First off I love LSU and it pains me to see LSU go through this. Alleva didn't even try to do his job. It is time for him to go. I hate seeing LSU settle for this garbage. It comes down to a simple question of whether you would rather see LSU settle for mediocracy for 10 years or have 2 bad years and clean house and then excel. So please understand that I want nothing more than to see LSU exceed and have a very successful program. I have no confidence in Coach O and would hate to see the program suffer under him, which is what I think will happen. So please understand where I am coming from. If Coach O does well then I will be wrong and will eat my crow. However nothing in the past leads me to believe me that he will do well.
