Love him or hate him, you have to respect Stoops.

I've read the new stories related to "Miles to UM...Part II" and this is really starting to piss me off. If Miles wants to stay, why is he even talking to those Aholes?
Some will argue that it doesn't hurt to talk; after all, UM is his "dream job". To that I say: bullshite. If you believe that continued talks with a school that is desperate to find their savior doesn't continue the speculation, then you have as many brain cells as Jessica Simpson.
If Miles was a guy like Bob Stoops, he'd politely say: "Guys, no need to talk; I'm here and not looking for a job. Move on." How do I know that he'd say that? Easy. He's done it every year since 2003 when the hounds are let loose to find their next fox. Stoops, even more so than Saban, has been the number one prospect for every school that has an opening and, yet, he puts the fire out before the match hits the kindling. No weasel talk, no agents behind the scene, and, most importantly, no state of limbo for his program.
The fact of the matter is this: if UM doesn't get a coach by 1/07/08, then we need to be prepared to replace Miles because there's a great chance the other shoe will fall, that's a reasonable assumption.
If fans feel uneasy with each passing day that this "Jolted Lover Syndrome" is not cured, how do you think the players, and recruits, feel?
Maybe we'll have another Miles'presser 2 hours before the BCSCG to call another dimwit reporter down on another report of "Miles to UM", maybe we won't.
