My first calls would be to Patterson and Tuberville. I would start Patterson at 3 million and go up from there. If he says no then go to Tubby.

Cameron- NO

Brian Van Gorder- NO

Kyle Shanahan- hell no, you have been sniffing that air down in the "Parish" too long.

Nolan is a interesting angle and I like it, but is he interested in the college game?

I think he dad is complete moron but I would give Skip Holtz a look if it down this far.

Skip's not a bad choice, but i don't know if I could handle all the Lou love we would get.

the problem is you have no evidence to back malzhan as a good HC candidate either

exactly and IMO the read option/spread currently being run by him and others is a passing fade that will in its current form be gone in 5-7 years. I think their will still be certain packages that teams will use but as a base offense I think it will be gone.

The thing is it could be a win/win situation. Just think, being put into that situation of having Lou in a must pump up LSU position would good for everyone. It would make Lou probably croak and if it didn't we would still be rid of him because ESPN would fire him for not toeing the line on the Hate everything LSU position lol.

he failed miserably as a head coach. do yall not remember that?!?! 1 fricking year at LSU 25 years ago isnt not enough of a connection.

You're right; guys who fail as head coaches in the NFL never make good head coaches in college football.

Larry Blakeney at Troy. Nothing but success with almost no resources.

No resources but no restrictions, anybody can get into Troy. No APR to keep up with, no academic standards, they're a team full of SEC and Big 12 castoffs. Blakeney is also old and was dirty.
