some coaches are better coordinators than HC but yes I agree the game has passed him by. I was just having some fun with it.

The worst OC you can hire is the guy who was cutting edge 15 years ago and still thinks they have that same edge without any revisions to their play style or philosophy
Often how the hot OC and offensive coaches go from creative geniuses to sludging hard headed conservative coaches that get fired and ran around 10 different programs afterward
Offensive football changes pretty drastically every couple seasons, and you’ve got to see the wind sails to keep your competitive advantage as a play caller

I knew it was tongue-in-cheek when I saw Jimbo and House on the list. But Jimbo as an OC is a disturbing thought. Too much Aggie stink and a horribly antiquated scheme, yeah that's the ticket.
