I'm sick of all of you outsiders now telling us what's best for our program when almost none of you have any clue as to what's going on. The SECrant is the perfect example. We've been the laughing stock of the SEC since 1/9/2012. They've continuously talked shite about Les and our program yet they're the first ones in line sucking his prick when LSU lets him go. Les did amazing things for my university and the football program and I'll always love him for that. However, it was time for a change and no one outside of the LSU family would understand that.

Yesterday a fan of another school was posting that his team should hire Miles ASAP, at least to coach defense before he finds a new job

This is the thing I never got about Miles. I feel most coaches are really good in one aspect of the game. What team would hire him as an Off. Coordinator?? and our great defenses weren't because of him.

Yeah, it's not like the POS SEC schools have our best interests at heart!

He's right. 100%. I have absolutely no confidence in this athletic department to make a great hire, especially the AD.

What did Miles do at Oklahoma State that was so good to make you think he would even do as good as he did here? All Les had to do was hire homerun defensive coordinator hires, get a bunch of talent, and he just had to sit back and eat grass and f*ck up the offense. You can substitute any coach that can recruit and can afford top notch defensive coordinators and have the same or better results. Miles was vastly overrated.

Good article. I think it was time but anyone who has no love for Miles is not a true Tiger. period.

the scary part is i think we are already in texas territory. We have seen how soft this team has become. They are use to no rules and discipline for bad play. Now les is gone and if we bring in a hard arse i think we see a good bit of transfers due to the new coach being mean.

We wont know if the program has rotted too far until the next coach comes in.

My guess is Miles would have fixed it by the end of this season, if not before. No one at LSU wanted to wait. Instead, don't be surprised if Tigers fans wait a long time to return to where Miles had taken them.
lol good job maisel, you're right...Miles would have fixed the offense by the end of the season.

ha.

So we should settle for finishing 3rd or 4th in the West every season just in case this doesn't work out? That's ridiculous logic. That's a chance we have to take.

well, maybe Colorado should hire him if he's so fricking great. with no recruiting base , he wouldn't last a year.
