Good, one less big dog bidding and losing those coaches will not help with recruiting.

I'm no fan of Mullen (although I'm surprised he hasn't done better at UF) but to be fair, I think he meant that he wasn't going to talk about recruiting now, not that he wasn't thinking about it or doing it. Of course, given the fact that his recruiting has been somewhat suspect in the last couple of years, his unfortunate choice of words has given his critics even more ammunition. Personally, I hope he stays at UF for many years to come.

I know that Florida is Florida, but if it can be avoided, you don't want to be looking in the same pool of coaches as LSU and USC.

Yep, if they are firing OL and DC, then Mullins is back next year. I would agree with that decision too, I think there should be at least another year. Now if he screws the pooch like CEO did this year with his hires, then he will be gone.

There has to be some development in the QB, from what I've seen of Richardson, he is terrible.
