Surprised more coaches don't do this honestly. Why leave a solid job for a likely dumpster fire where all the pressure is 100% on you? Especially with a family

I think Kubiak realizes he doesn't have the personality to be a head coach. Good for him. Although, he could get paid big for another few years and go back to being an OC. The guy has to be doing well though. He's made 6 figures every year since college.

Nice jab, but Kubiak is very soft spoken. Not the type to be a real leader.

Agreed. No way could a soft spoken coach succeed in the NFL
