Only one you can point to recently that was a bad hire was when we had no AD. Hard to get someone if they don't know who they'll be working for. Would you sign on if you didn't know who you'd be answering to?
You hired Orgeron. Is he a good hire in retrospect? Yes. But everyone balked then including most all of your fans.
