Kevin Sumlin deserves another year!

He's 86-42 for his career, 51-25 at Texas A&M. Coached a Heisman Trophy winner and a first round draft choice.
Firing him for going 7-5 at worst sends a wrong message when in the same state Texas Tech is retaining Kliff Kingsbury for going 6-6.
It's blatantly unfair and I expect both the Black Coaches Association and the media will skewer the Aggie administration over it.
As well they should.

I never said it was racially motivated. But the fact is Sumlin is black, and the BCA exists to promote and protect black coaches.
Makes sense they will be involved. As for the records and differing results, I stand by that.

Who cares if he's black????????????? You saying that makes it racial. I've never thought of nor looked at Sumlin as a "black coach", he's a "coach" to me. And seems like a great guy, but he's had his chance at A&M, couldn't capitalize. Stop injecting race into everything that deals with black people. The people who complain about race are the people making it about race. It's fricking pathetic!
