Per Rivals. Amazing, this guy is arguably the hottest coach in the FBS. He could have just about any major job opening he wants, Maybe it's a Coughlin move. Stay a little longer than move up.

I think he's a great coach and smart enough to realize not to jump at the jobs that are open now. Tenn is a rebuilding process and Clemson is the same. He can bide his time at Cincy and move to a place like Notre Dame, Penn State or other big name school when it becomes available.

I actually think Cincy is one of those jobs that could be built up to be a top 15 program. Big East is a winnable conference and Ohio is a strong HS recruiting area. Maybe he thinks he can win NC's at Cincy.

I think Kelly at Cincy is like RR at West Virgina. Competitive, but not able to get recruites away from tOSU, Wisconsin, Penn State and Michigan. He can dominate a lower confrence, but one loss will keep him out of the NC hunt much like WVU imho.

Kelly is smart to stay at Cincy. It is the biggest cupcake BCS conference out there and by next year he could be in the hunt for a national championship.
