He’s old, won’t do well in recruiting, and would be jumping it there sec from ND. Big difference, we are screwing up royally if he’s hired

What are we not paying attention to? I’m sorry I don’t want a coach as old as him. I want someone that will bring energy to the program and to the recruiting trail every day. Please tell me what we are missing and not paying attention to

How do you know he doesn’t bring energy? Have you been in his meetings and around his building? The head coach is not the sole energy provider of a program.
