A very safe hire with a lot of similarities if you think about it. (Age, Noter Dame, Lots regular season wins, well respected by his peers, similar reserved personalities). Ultimately, I think he wins a lot of games here first few years, probably a another championship in three or four years with O’s recruiting classes, lose another one and teeters out as the game passes him buy 7 or 8 years after a few disappointing seasons…

Here for 7 years while winning another championship leaving LSU with 4 consecutive NC winning coaches as further proof to other coaches how good this job is. Sounds good to me

If he wins a national championship in his second year here, you say thank you and wish him well when it's time for him to go.

As much as I hated Orgeron and as much as it was time for him to go, the man won a national championship and had the connections he needed to get Burrow.

I'll take a national championship from Kelly and be happy.
