I think Kelly should keep them as oc after the bowl game and grab a old head who was an oc to coach te and 3 offensive minds in the room.

Maybe this is a joke, but I don’t think Ive ever seen QB coach/WR coach as co-coordinators unless one of them was the head coach.

And there’s a reason for that, because it won’t work. It’s fine for one bowl game with the offense already installed, not for the long term. Maybe someone can provide an example of it working somewhere, but I don’t know of any and it’s certainly uncommon

Brady and Ensminger. Not saying it's common but we literally won a national championship with that exact combo. It is true that Brady didn't officially have a co-oc title but with how the play calling was divided between the two it definitely was a co-oc type situation where Brady handled the RZ play calling and ensminger called most of the plays up to the RZ.
