Damn you are plum stupid. Getting those guys would be worse than all the shite going on right now. Scrambling for a 2nd rate hire will do more harm than anything has in the past few days. Stop being clueless and have common sense. If you think they are running around in a 3 day span saying, "Do you want to be LSU's coach...no, okay", to multiple mediocre coaches, you're a fool.

They have their guy, probably have had him for a while, and are announcing him in a couple days. I think they believed that they wouldn't have had to make an announcement immediately. Riley announcing his move to USC merely half a day after the last game of the season was surprising to everybody outside of his circle. The uproar from this probably caused them to do some damage control to calm the crazy asses down.

JV was saying this Saturday before our game to some but would not say who. He was saying this before Lincoln Riley took the USC job. I don’t know whether the information is accurate but that has been his stance since before Riley to USC, so whatever he has been told was someone other than Riley. Why it would be all the way until Wednesday is beyond me.
