JV was calling his shot for the timing of the announcement prior to our game on Saturday and the LR denial or announcement. So, it has nothing to do with Riley or some type of scrambling. I thought the timing of announcement was odd, but he wouldn't say who it was only we would know by then or sooner.

Is his information correct, who the frick knows. Seems like a great deal of misinformation going around.

JV was saying this Saturday before our game to some but would not say who. He was saying this before Lincoln Riley took the USC job. I don’t know whether the information is accurate but that has been his stance since before Riley to USC, so whatever he has been told was someone other than Riley. Why it would be all the way until Wednesday is beyond me.

Everyone is in the dark as it should be. If he has or is doing his job appropriately then it is not an issue. Big money boosters didn’t have any inside information either. Everything about Riley or any other candidate so far has been completely rumor.

We get it, you’re jealous so you are trying to downgrade it. To say that green or any of the greens look bad is absurd even if you’re not into Golden Age architecture. Is it rural, no? But who cares once all the fencing etc goes up and is covered.

And, I say all that as someone who likely won’t ever play it.
