He's probably still yelling. I can't listen to this guy. When has guests on all he does is yell over them without giving them a word. He's annoying. I don't think I've ever heard a guest speak on his show. He loves hearing himself.

The Ruffino and Joe Show all he does is yell over Joe even if it’s a subject where Joe agrees with him, he still yells over Joe like they are arguing… Whole time Joe is sitting there like”Yeah dude I’m telling you I agree with you…?” Lol

If that actually happened, I'm going to say he is going to UF. Why would you use LSU to get UF to match if you were going to go to LSU?

Assuming any of this is remotely the truth, that's a silly question. You do understand its the agent (getting the commission by the way) that used LSU to get UF to match the offer. So you are asking why he would do this if your client is going to LSU? Well, his job for one, which is too negotiate the best deal for his client. Its not like LSU would take their offer off the table when he goes back to them and asks if they want to now match the UF offer.
