Not super relevant to LSU at this point but Joe Brady is taking over OC duties with the Bills. Will be interesting to see how he does as a coordinator with Josh Allen and that offense.

Ummmmmm, he was fired from Carolina 2 years ago. He's not a good OC.

He should have Burrow, Chase, Jefferson, Marshall, Clyde, Moss, etc., on his permanent Christmas card list.

Matt Rhule was fired as HC, are you saying he's not any good either?

QB at Carolina was a turn over king

Tell me you know nothing about football coaching without telling me you anything about football coaching.

I love the morons that assume a guy isn’t a good coach because he went to a shite team with shite players and didn’t turn them into hall of famers

Joe Brady was an integral part of 2019 and anyone that tries to take away from that mama is a ho

Why is he a good OC? Be specific.

He's an excellent OC. Lol if you're really comparing NFL to NCAA.

He may in fact not be a good OC, but getting fired from a place like Carolina where talent is very limited doesn't really prove that.

In the NFL, good coordinators get fired. It happens.

If he's going to have success, Josh Allen and Diggs along with that rookie TE gives him that chance.

What's going to change in Buffalo then? Are you saying he needs elite talent to succeed? You don't say.

Their offense is a mess and Allen leads the LEAGUE in INTs. He isn't turning that thing around anytime soon. They're roster is garbage.

Why is he not a good OC? Be specific. Then tell me that Nick Saban is no good because he failed in the NFL.

Being a “good” NFL OC has basically everything to do with who is the QB? Ask the teams who hired Nathaniel Hackett and Josh McDaniel and didn’t get Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady in the deal.
Brett Favre and Aaron Rodgers made more OC geniuses in Green Bay and complete failures elsewhere than Matt House gives up TDs.

He wasn't LSU's OC in 2019. I know some of you have magically made up that Ensminger was just a figure head but that's not reality. And he was in that assistant position for ONE YEAR. He literally has ZERO track record in college minus a team with NFL starters all over it playing college teams.

When you heard Burrow talk in 2019 who did he talk about the most? Munoz and Ensminger. Brady got credit for the WRs because of the Summer of 10,000 catches.

He got the chance to be an OC with the playing field evened and he promptly led them to one of the worst offenses in the league.

He has never been successful as an OC.

He was very much a co-OC at LSU. He installed a minority piece of the offense, not all of it. He called a minority portion of the plays, not all of them. It was a perfect storm of Ensminger, Brady, and ridiculous talent. We weren't going to be as good as we were on offense without him, but he was 1 leg on a 3-legged stool.

Wishing him the best in Buffalo.
