Maybe losing to the Saints last night convinced him to leave?

plus losing your starting QB for the next 23 months doesn't add much incentive.

I guess... but something is definitely going on right now. Please tell me we are not downgrading from Muschamp....

i am pretty sure that is not a complete list. d'angelo williams for example is not on it.

plus neither is Hugh Friese (sp) or Kevin LaCastro.

Venarbles would be the option after Muschamp. Don't know why you would drop Muschamp to get Venerables. Both are good young coordinators but Will knows the SEC quite well and will be fantastic IMO if someone will give him a chance.

yea that list is from 2006 when Jimbo was still coaching at LSU (this is according to the bio). Petrino could have changed agents since then.

well, ok, I'm not Bobby Petrino, so I can never be positively sure.

But, I do know a guy that has a professional relationship with Petrino. He laughs it off every time I ask about Petrino going back to a college team.

yes -- he was never a serious candidate because he wasn't going to leave UNC after one year

is it my understanding that this radio host is backtracking a bit? maybe he got the info incorrect?

well the show that is on right now is the Roundtable, which is a haven for losers and douchebags. Wouldn't take anything at all those tools have to say seriously.

the coaching board will remain until ark hires a coach and michigan hires someone (other than Les). So get used to it my man, this saga could be around a while.
