Jimbo with a talent advantage: bad at FSU, good at TAMU (spreadsheet inside)

I keep seeing people claim that Jimbo has a history of losing with a talent advantage (true) and Jimbo frequently loses with a talent advantage at Texas A&M (false).
So, using 24/7's roster composition rankings (which only go back to 2015, unfortunately), I decided to check if this was true.
Positive numbers - how much better the opponent's roster was than Jimbo's
Negative numbers - how much better Jimbo's roster was than opponents
Green = roster disadvantage
Yellow = 1-5 rank roster advantage
Pink - 6-10 rank roster advantage
Red - >10 rank roster advantage
No beating around it. His last 3 years at FSU were horrible and he frequently lost to teams with far inferior rosters (Boston College and Houston particularly bad).
At aTm, however, it's totally flipped. He has only 4 losses to a team with an inferior roster. One of those was inferior by only one spot (2019 Auburn). The Arkansas and Miss St. losses this year are the worst, but those were the first two SEC games after King got injured.
Growth? Program differences between aTm and FSU? Fluke? Something in here for Jimbo lovers and haters.

I hope not. He's in my third tier. But I'm a fact-based man, so I wanted to dig into the facts on Jimbo's talent advantage history.

Impressive work on this, but we prefer gross generalizations based on no real information here on the CCB
We’ll continue to maintain our preconceived notions and confirmation biases, thank you very much

Appears Jimbo is the type of employee who is highly motivated by his compensation.

This board is obsessed with Jimbo. He's not coming here and all the proof you need is the insane recruiting job he's doing right now in TAMU. He's not building a division rival into a powerhouse so they can potentially curb stomp him into unemployment. He seems well and intent on building them up for the future as mentioned by recruits. He doesn't have to stop recruiting at TAMU if his intent was LSU but he sure could get lazy doing it. He's anything but lazy recruiting over there.

I don't think he's coming here because very little about it makes sense.
That said, Jimbo is a professional with a job to do. He's not going to start tanking (on field or in recruiting) because he's taking another job for next season. That's just what professionals do.

This might have to be the smokescreen gif

Then you wasted our time. Jimbo took over a 7-6 team and won it all in 2014. Which translates to winning with a talent disadvantage.

Correct, his years prior to 2015 probably look significantly better than his last 3, but you make do with the data you have and acknowledge that data you don't.

He has navigated NIL well and Jimbo has always been an elite recruiter. I don't think it's hard for him to keep recruiting but not sell TAMU immediately either. He's selling it to them and they're committing. He can still be professional without turning TAMU into a powerhouse in recruiting right before he leaves.
Has TAMU said anything from their insiders other than speculation from LSU's part? I'm talking stuff from their end not seeing all the buzz from LSU's side?

He's pretty much a QB away from making a serious run.

Yeah go with that. I thought you meant he was the bomb

They should be landing several more blue chips and likely will beat LSU out with Matthews I'd imagine? He seemed to be sold on them when he decided to drop his commitment.
That's exactly why he's not leaving. He's a QB away as you said and TAMU has given him anything he wants over there. He'd have to absolutely hate it in College Station to even consider an LSU job. LSU is complete utter mess much bigger than this board admits and worse than the state Miles left it in. The only good thing is the high of 2 years ago but Orgeron really fricked this team's personnel management up much worse than Miles.

But what if he knows these kids commit to a coach and whatever Jimbo (if he is offered) decides as his next move he knows he may be able to flip a few of these kids that committed to him. He knows wherever he is coaching he is going to need that talent, so why waste get lazy in building the relationship
You may very well be right, but I think an argument can be made for the other side.
