Well if I was in charge that might be what happened.
If the numbers being thrown around are accurate it kind of makes more sense to me to get a young up and comer something like $4 million per while combining that other $3.5 million needed to land Jimbo over to the supposed $2 million budget he will get for staff.
You could pretty much poach whoever the hell you wanted for coordinator positions that way.
But what do I know? I'm just the guy who wants our admin to look at more than one coach during the hiring process for a change.
