Can someone tell me Saban's record before he got to LSU? What about Les Miles record before LSU?
You people bash our administration, but yet based your hiring recommendations on emotions. You can't argue the stats as OC.
We could do so much worse. Overall, he's better than Canada and has several national championships to back it up.

I don't like him and I don't like Saban either, but I would take Saban in a heartbeat over any coach we've had since he left.

So LSU doesn't have equally talented players. He coached them up! I'm not understanding this stupid logic.
He was their OC. You do realize this? 2 National Championship to back it up.

I dont know if he would want to come here.
I mean, Baton Rouge is pretty far up the Mississippi. I hear bullsharks have been spotted as far north as Missouri in the Mighty Miss but thats slim pickins for man of McElwains taste.
Tulane probably has a better shot at him. Much more variety in Lake P. but it might be hard to keep him out of Grand Isle with all the fine tail that hangs around the rigs out there.

I feel safe in saying no, LSU does not have the third best WR in football for the next decade, a Heisman Trophy winner and the third overall pick currently on its roster.

How many did LSU score in the same timeframe vs Bama. ZERO point scored vs Bama in one of those games for sure.
He also won SEC East with no qb.
