Despite his HC flop at UTe, think he still has the defensive chops to face the evolving offenses of the SEC? I think it’s an easy yes. Is there any chance O is just waiting to see what happens at Tennessee now?

If he is fired for cause, it will be another Bo Davis/Freeze situation. The SEC isn’t going to let another conference school touch him for a few years.

Would be sweet but no way Saban allows him to come here. He’d send Golding packing the second Pruitt was fired from UT

I don’t know why any graduate of the Saban tree would want to go back there knowing you already hit the ceiling. He’d have more actual control over the defense at LSU.

I think Germy Proot would do a good job as LSU DC.

Are you stupid? You realize why he's getting the ax right? He has NCAA violations. You can't just hire him over here with the NCAA investigating. LSU has their own baggage and you want hire this guy to go with it while the NCAA is already sniffing around here? He wouldn't even get the green light be hired even if LSU wanted him.
