He will probably be turning down NFL head coaching gigs this year. When Wade is done he will coach the Boys.

No.
He went from back up QB in Tampa in 2004 to Dolphins QB coach in 2005. He coached the QBs for the 'phins again in 2006 and then left for Dallas this year. 2 years as a QB coach and one year as an OC. But his name is already being thrown around for a HC gig after this year for a possible NFL team in need. Though most believe he will wait out Wade Phillips for the job in Dallas which is why he was brought in.
