I'm a Jags fan, too. I don't see any possibility for Freeze to become the next HC. Caldwell made that little remark about college coaches, but considering the type of GM he is I can't see him hiring an unproven college coach to take over a team that needs to grow and basically have all of Bradley's incompetence washed away. Coughlin would be a good choice for that, but I wouldn't be surprised if they go somewhere else and Coughlin takes an exec position.
Again, there's no way Caldwell's hiring Freeze when he knows that his arse is now on the hot seat with Bradley gone. If Caldwell misses on our next HC he'll be gone. Why risk your job on a college coach?
Also, apparently Khan has hired some type of athletic talent firm, or something, to help come up with the best possible coaches to pursue. I've never heard of a team doing that for a HC position, but frick, if they can help then I'm all for it.
Still see no way of Freeze getting the offer.
