Cause he sucks arse?

in 9 seasons with the Jags, they were better than .500 only 3 times. They only made the playoffs twice. Finished with less than .500 winning % overall. Losing record 3 of his last 4 seasons, finishing .500 the other season.

He basically leveraged one season as DC of the Panthers into a HC gig he should have never been given. He was a head coach just 7 years after he retired as a player. Here's his ridiculously embarrassing resume:
