There is one coach on the LSU staff that could not be easily replaced with equal or better ability and that is Dave Aranda. Anybody on offense is easily expendable, the special teams coach should have never been hired and while there are some good defensive assistants, none of them would make or break the Tigers if they left. The clown Head Coaches have got to go. Miles was nothing but a quote machine and entertaining to the media and to young football players but was an absolute clown as a head coach. O is not much better, being mainly attractive due to his Cajun background and gimmicky "changes" that have been more style than substance.

It was obvious tonight, LSU had equal or better talent than Bama all across the board on Defense. On offense, the potential is there but none of the guys have been well coached. Let's get a real coach in here with an offensive mindset, pair them with Aranda and go kick Bama arse and win championships.

The circus needs to pack up and leave town. It's time to unleash the beast that should be the LSU football program. Anyone in the LSU's AD office or administration who settles for less should be fired. Any fan who wants O is not a fan of LSU. Instead, they are a fan of the Louisiana culture and want to be entertained by a good ol boy from down the road. You can all screw off and go find someone else to root for. LSU deserves better.

The defensive coaching staff is full of studs, but whew, it's time for an overhaul on that other side.

I watched the game with 3 people who all wanted to keep O. I don't get it. I want to keep Aranda.

Just listened to some of O's presser after the game. All he said was "we just didn't execute" or "we left a lot on the table"....talk about clueless. There was no way in hell, they were beating bama with that offensive game plan.

Defense gave us every opportunity to win the game and the offense let them down in every aspect. Sound familiar? Time for some of these jackasses to get their out of the sand and start realizing what this program needs, frick has needed for the last 7 years. An offensive minded coach that can compliment the trademark stout defense. Wake up man, it's pretty obvious what needs to happen.

We completely wasted an elite and special defensive performance that nobody in the nation will talk about. We held Alabama to their lowest point and yardage total only for the offense to throw it under the bus.

Yeah he is clueless, or disingenuous. "We just didn't execute" would imply that they had a gameplan capable of beating Alabama in the first place.

I'll give O full credit for having this team ready to play. But that only puts you over the top when coaching staffs are equally matched. We need a coaching staff to actually match wits with Saban. And it's not good enough just have a good OC. Alabama is not great because of Kiffin. They're great because of Kiffin and Saban. The accumulation of human capital adds up. A team led by Coach O will never beat a team led by Nick Saban.

Yeah, I was living in Mississippi (thank God not anymore) when he was coach of Ole Miss. I used to watch his coaches show the week after the games. It was always good for a laugh listening to how clueless he was. Every week without fail, they would break down the big plays in the game and the only thing he said when Ole Miss screwed up was that they "didn't execute". Not one idea about the game plan or ways to put players in position to win. The players just didn't execute. Do any of you really want to have to deal with that shite for the next five years? Hell no!!!

Even if Miles were still here, Aranda would still be out of here for a HC job in the next couple of years, no HC that comes here would except a caveat that you must keep the DC, esp since he'll be gone in 2 years.

Couldn't agree with you more. I was all for O , IF AND ONLY IF HE BROUGHT THIS tEAM TO AN UNDEFEATED SEASON IN WHAT HE CALLS THE NEW SEASON, obviously that's not happening now so Alleva better have his big boy pants on and make the right hire.
