Joe Paterno coached until he was 84. Saban is a superior coach.
Why would we want Saban? Because he is the best ever. Because maybe top talent would stock flocking to Bama, especially any Louisiana top talent.
Because we would win, a lot.
Saban isn't retiring any time soon, so I rather him here than at Bama. We have heard he would retire soon for so many years I have given up on the idea.

i hear you on all that and dont disagree with most of what you said.
my thing is you say hes not retiring anytime soon noone can know that yes he might go another 10 years or he might go 2 there is an uncertain expiration date with him as apposed to someone much younger. regardless i just hope we get a quality coach and start moving our program in the right direction
