I hope this topic is appropriate for coaching changes as Matt House is no longer on staff , and I chose not to follow him to Michigan State for his analyst interview.

But, anyway. I am the former assistant to Matt House during his stint at LSU. Or at least one of his assistants.

I come to you now because getting to work alongside my favorite college football program of all time was life changing. Even if it was under a now fired DC.

And as I'm no longer required to maintain ANY form of secrecy, be it plays or happenings around the office.. I am going to try to explain some of the things I saw going on with the staff during the search. I was a kid in a candy store the ENTIRE time

Anyways, the last few weeks have been pretty hectic around campus. For starters , the Denbrock move left us all shocked, especially after how hard he was going After Judkins to leave Ole Miss. He's the reason for a lot of offensive team changes around the locker room. He seemed so invested.

Kelly had both the Washington OC and the Notre Dame QB coach come through his office just days after the denbrocks announcement. However, I think you can cross those out. Before I left, Sloan had told me he was asked to put a resume together for Coach Kelly to have on file. So it seems they are likely going with him, and if not, he's being considered heavily.

I thought it was pretty awesome to have the OC of a team competing for the National Championship just in the office a few doors down

But, yeah. LSU was a crucial part of my life while House was here. I managed to snag a similar job at UGA, but I'll always try to make it back to Baton Rouge

Been through a lot at this program, and the fan base truly doesn't know what they bring to a university like this. Awesome place.
