Is this the year of multiple OC/DC to HC hires?

I can see this being a strange cycle where a lot of HCs stay put rather than jumping ship and a ton of programs are forced to take a riskier hire with up and coming coordinators.
Potentially could be good for the sport as it fosters more talent and maybe elevates more young innovative guys.

If we are down to coordinators, you at least take a look. He goes against Kirby’s D every day, he has seen a well run organization. His offense produces points.
