Remember Saban is a Sexton guy if not THE Sexton guy. If Saban is really behind the scenes helping LSU with this hire then there is no way Sexton is going to leave Saban with egg on his face. If Kiffin is in town he's in town because Saban and Verge and others facilitated it not because Sexton is playing a game when the opponent is his own client

I keep seeing this about Saban helping LSU. Why would he help LSU? What would be his motivation for doing anything to help LSU?

Yes, he's laughing at us and playing us like a fiddle. I hope I'm wrong, but it's what it appears to be!
