Has the coaching changes board considered Josh as a potential Les replacement?

Could he recruited? I'd have to say easily yes given the fact that he can and would use his NFL contacts and experience as selling points.

Can he coach? He has a pretty damn good resume for 39 year old guy mostly under the tutelage of one of the best NFL coaches of all time.

Any chance McDaniels would step down to the college level?

Of course the main risk on the downside is he completely sucks however the risk on the upside is he wins a couple of national championships and then bolts to the NFL. But the latter is a good problem to have.

Yes he has been discussed and quickly ruled out. What has he done to make anyone think he can coach on the college level or recruit other than being an NFL coach.

I don't hate the idea. But I'm wary of bringing in a pro guy who may bolt after a couple years. I'd rather have someone who sees LSU as their final destination

I don't know why his name keeps coming up. He's been a total failure when he doesn't have Tom Brady and he is a raging piece of shite. Ask anyone who's ever played for him. You will hear a level of hatred and disgust that you'd almost never hear about a coach.
