Is Herman a lock for Texas?

With Strong being shown the door, does that essentially mean Herman is off the market? Besides talk of Jimbo, is there any other viable coaches out there available?

nobody knows except Herman. it appears he's their #1 man but that is not 100% certain either.
he does seem to be ripe for a move; UH is paying him 3 million/year and that is tapping them out. whether he "plays the market" and then decides is unknown also. but, LSU ain't gonna wait unless he expresses strong interest in our job.
there has been zero comments by him or by any program wanting to hire him.

I'm dealing just fine. Texas looking just as bad as LSU last year with the administration if not worse.
