Just curious though why would they be pushing him out so fast if they weren't pretty sure they had someone locked up?

Be sure to notice that I did not say Saban....

It was a $100 million donation that he threatened to renege on if Mack didn't get another season.

Say, what's the price tag on that supposed offer from last night?

I think the buyout is only like 2.75M

Mack wasn't the last one to hear of it. But he is the last one to accept it.

Hes a lawyer in Houston. Been involved in a trial in Beaumont.

Guess where Nick was today?

I am one of many LSU fans who don't feel Nicky is leaving, but one thing is odd about the timing of MB being forced out so fast. One of the talking heads last wkend noted that UT has a huge huge recruiting wkend this wkend and UT wants the HC position resolved by then so the recruits will know who their HC will be. Nicky stays, with more buckets of money... but, since it's not ABOUT the money, why is he demanding more as it's only been since last March when he got his most recent extension?

Is it true that the Gumps are going to all the trailer parks in Bama getting donations from their boosters for Sabans next raise?
