the OP is absurd, that is not how processes like this are handled. I don't see why they wouldn't hire Leach here but I would sure like to see Gus get this job.

I've heard that if Leach doesn't get the offer or accept, Maryland will look at Charlie Weis. TIFWIW, but Maryland does like big coaches.
