I just had a friend text me and say it looked like Paul Petrino was going to LSU. Trust me, as a Hog fan I did not / do not want this to happen.....because LSU's offense will be very good if this happens. He is the best under the radar offensive mind out there. He is very close to his brother in his knowledge of offense. Miles will be making a very good hire if he brings on Paul P.

Staying at W. Any advice on good places to eat while I'm there. What about a good lunch spot on Tuesday before the game? Didn't make any reservations in advance so probably wont be able to get in any of the bigger name spots.

the OP is absurd, that is not how processes like this are handled. I don't see why they wouldn't hire Leach here but I would sure like to see Gus get this job.

You are certainly entitled to your opinion, but if you saw what this guy was doing at Arkansas, how he interacts with his players, staff, fans, etc, you would have a different opinion. People said the same thing about Saban but we all know a lot of the hate was unfounded. Pretty sure Saban was referred to as Satan and Snake by LSU fans and the national media. I'm sure there are things these coaches wish had been handled differently but you can't blame someone for doing what is best for them.

No. It's more in reference to how unbelievable lucky that bs play was and how the Florida game along with the Tennessee game should have been losses and an 8-4 season for the powerful LSU Tigahs.

then you are naive. not only have there been 3 references by espn announcers but he is commonly referred to that on sports shows across the country.....and they are laughing at him not with him. I love Less Miles, I hope yall lock him into a Petrino like contract and he never leaves.

NC State was unsuccessful in their best Mad Hater bounce pass fake fg attempt. The telecast has referenced the Mad Hatter on 3 different occasions for it. LSU is my 2nd favorite SEC team but your coach is a recurring joke among the college football ranks.

I see much improvement if Crowton stays next year. The last 3 years he has produced the #12, 11, and now 10th best offense in the SEC. Please don't stop the momentum, he's on pace to finish 9th next year.

don't get too upset, these same conversations are taking place on the arkansas message board. we are painful to watch, barely beat a really bad texas southern team tonight. sec west is really bad this year.

How do you explain Arkansas's recent dominance over LSU when LSU has continually recruited better talent and athletes?

Don't have a magic crystal you're right. but if teams were stocks i'm buying arkansas and holding lsu and shorting auburn. unless yall get rid of miles and crowton and then all bets are off. i support yall locking in miles and crowton to a similar contract we just locked petrino into.

In 2 years Auburn will still have a culture of thuggery and LSU will still have Les Miles and a culture of under-performing football teams. I can't wait for the future.
