He's too smart for that. The guys at Houston. He'd at least listen to Lsu unless he was already locked up at Texas, but there's even Baylor rumors so he'd look at Lsu for sure. He could at least get a nice raise out of it even if he had no interest.

Oh, one more thing, sir. It's those shoes. I couldn't help but notice that those are identical shoes to the ones Tom Herman wears on the sidelines. Something is going on here, sir. And I intend to get to the bottom of it before the end of the show.

I'm pretty sure the suit is about the buyout provision not that he interviewed with A&M while under contract. The contract said he owed LSU 400K if left before 1/31/15. Chavis and A&M say he didn't start until Feb 2015. LSU says he was recruiting for A&M before Jan 31. Coaches change jobs while under contract all the time, even if say UH had a basis for suit, which I doubt, they would be beyond stupid to sue, I mean good luck ever finding a good coach ever again.

If Herman was in BR recruiting, surely the hundreds or thousands of people that were at the game he attended would've seen him. Has anyone that was at the BR area games said he was there?

He could have flown her out here to check baton rouge out. Word around Houston is she is into the rich inner circle group of women around Houston. Maybe seeing if BR is somewhere she would like.
