Not really, the contract itself contemplates a buyout provision, so both parties anticipated a situation in which another school/NFL franchise may hire him. Just because he was in BR does not mean LSU has done anything to keep Herman from performing under his contract.

I started the thread about him at the airport and it got whacked very quickly.

Because starting a rumor about a coach actually flying down here and a rumor about oh I heard he will sign are 2 completely different things especially when there's no proof of him actually coming down here other than "take my word for it idc"

I know he was there and I was the original person who broke the "news". I stated I have no picture nor did I talk to him or ask for a photograph.

Didn't your Chavis lawsuit argue what I just did? That he was consorting with the aggies while under LSU contract? Did LSU not seek damages for this?

i feel like theres zero chance that we would make herman come to us instead of us going to him. if he was in baton rouge, it was probably to recruit.
