Bumping this back up since it looks like these two might be in the final 3.
Again, I like Napier but I don't think he's as good an OC as Dave is a DC.
The Cajuns offense is nothing special.
Napier has built a more stable foundation than 99 percent of the Sun Belt and our OL/DL are better than most of the league.
That's a very good formula for success. But I still worry about his ability to scheme.
I never watch a game and come away thinking, wow, that was some awesome gameday coaching. The Cajuns win before they ever take the field. In the SEC, you're going to not always be the better team and will need to scheme to victory occasionally.
