If you think about it, Napier or Aranda make the most sense…

Neither are blowhards, they both are thoughtful and have plans. Napier is the offensive pick and quarterbacks coach that is known as a great and tireless recruiter and has built a program that has sustained winning seasons, and he has mentored under some the best in the business. He knows Louisiana and could likely save this recruiting year and dominate in future years.

Aranda is cerebral (something we haven’t had since Saban), is a defensive master, and is proving that he can take a program and slowly but steadily build. Many question his ability to recruit, but when you have stability, LSU is going to get the dudes. He carried Miles and O many years, is familiar with LSU/Louisiana and is a class act.

It comes down to picking an either an offensive guy, or a defensive guy. I’d personally choose Napier, but would take Dave Aranda in a minute and think both would do LSU proud for years.

Neither would break the bank and Aranda may even keep some of the defensive staff because he recommended a few and coached with the DBU master.

Either would be great. Huge upgrade from the shrimp boat meathead we have right now.

Yeah let’s worry about what a coach will cost. When you get back to winning you will make that money back double fold.

I’m not worried about it I’m just making the point that it makes good sets of everything else aligns

I would hire both. One as OC and other as DC.

Aramda had like 4 games with Miles. Yeah he helped carry O, but not so much Les. I like the guy, but let’s not give him more credit than he deserves.

So a Georgia fans choice is for LSU to hire DA as head coach. Got you!

So you think a poster named PsychTiger who has been here since 2004 is a Georgia fan and doesn’t just have Georgia as his favorite team currently? You’re not that bright Baller.

Neither have enough experience to coach at an elite program like LSU, yet.

No way Scotty chooses either. I’m in awe just how clueless and disconnected the fans are that believe that Scotty makes the most important hire of his career to date on coaches that are simply not proven in some capacity.

Napier's awful southern drawl and conservative play calling would really irk me by game 8.
